See how a published post performed

Last updated on Oct 13, 2026

Open any published post to see how it performed. The Performance section on the post page shows the numbers each network reports for that post, so you don't have to switch between apps.

Where to find it

  1. Go to Posts and open a post that has been published.
  2. Look for the Performance section under the list of channels the post went to.

The section only appears for published posts. Drafts and scheduled posts have no numbers yet, so it stays hidden.

One tab per channel

If the post went to more than one network, you get a tab for each channel. Select a tab to see the numbers for that network. Networks report different metrics, so what you see changes from tab to tab.

Reading the numbers

  • Engagement rate: the big percentage on the left. It shows how many of the accounts the post reached interacted with it, with a one-line summary underneath. It only appears when the network reports both reach and interactions.
  • Views, Reach and Interactions: three bars that read from top to bottom, from how often the post was seen, to how many accounts saw it, to how many of them acted on it.
  • Interaction chips: under the bars, a small chip for each kind of interaction the network reports, such as likes, comments, shares and saves. Threads also shows replies, reposts and quotes, and Telegram shows reactions. A chip showing 0 is dimmed.

At the top right of the section, Updated tells you when the numbers were fetched. Use the refresh button next to it to load the latest numbers from the network.

A quick number on the post list

Published posts in the Posts list also show a small number next to the date, such as 1.2K Views. It is the most useful number the network reports for that post: views when available, otherwise interactions, likes or reactions. The same number appears on published posts in the monthly Calendar, on the post's pill (hidden on small screens, where posts show as dots).

Posts on networks that do not share per-post numbers (for example LinkedIn) show nothing there. The number loads when the post scrolls into view, so it can take a moment to appear. Open the post to see the full breakdown.

When you see a dash

A dash (—) means the network did not report that number for this post. It is not the same as zero, so we never show a 0 unless the network actually reported 0.

When a channel shows a message instead of numbers

  • "… does not provide statistics for individual posts": the network does not share per-post numbers with apps like Flomixy (this is the case for LinkedIn today).
  • Connection expired: reconnect the account with the Reconnect account button, then reopen the post.
  • No performance data yet: the network has no numbers for the post yet. Check back later.
  • Add the bot as an admin (Telegram): make the Flomixy bot an admin of the channel to see reactions.
  • The network did not return performance data: use Try again. If it keeps happening, the network may be temporarily unavailable.
