Connected apps: see who has access and revoke it

Last updated on Oct 09, 2026

When you connect an app or AI assistant to your workspace (for example, an AI assistant that schedules posts for you), it appears under Settings → Connected apps. You see the apps you connected yourself. Workspace owners also get a Members tab with the apps other members connected.

What you see

For each connected app:

  • Name of the app and the workspace it can access (or "All workspaces").
  • Access level: Read-only, Read & write, or Full access when it holds every permission.
  • Areas it can reach, such as Posts, Media or Analytics. A pencil means it can change things there, an eye means it can only look.
  • Last used: when the app last did something in your workspace, or "Never used". If it has not been used for 30+ days, you will see a hint, which makes it a good candidate to revoke.

Click Show all permissions on a row to see every individual permission in plain words. Permissions marked Sensitive (for example, managing workspace settings) deserve a second look before you keep them.

Finding a member's app

On the Members tab (workspace owners only), use the search box to find an app or a member by email.

Revoking access

  1. Open Settings → Connected apps.
  2. Click Revoke next to the app.
  3. The dialog lists what the app will no longer be able to do. Confirm with Revoke.

The app disappears from the list and loses access immediately. Its next request is rejected. You can connect the app again later, but it has to ask for permission again.
