If your workspace has several Instagram accounts connected, use the account switcher in the top bar to choose which one you're working with.
- The active account acts as a filter: the posts list and the calendar show only that account's posts, and new posts are created for it by default.
- On the posts list, toggle All accounts to see posts from every connected account at once - each post shows a small badge naming its account, so a post is never hidden just because a different account is active.
- Switch anytime - nothing is lost, the other accounts' posts are just filtered out of view until you switch back.
- You can also pick a different account per post in the composer's first step.
If you work with multiple separate teams (workspaces), each workspace has its own accounts, posts and members - ask your workspace owner for an invite to the other workspace if you're missing one.
